SOAP/WebService configuration

Hi!

I am trying to get the webservice to work but i cannot find a clear explanation of how to configure and use this. I have tried google, the manuals and even searched the forum archives. Any bit of insight into this would be brilliant.

Problem: I need to create a ticket through SOAP/Webservice calls

So i have created that PHP page and configured it with the username/password (That i set in Core::Soap) & location. I have set up a webservice in OTRS like this: http://i.imgur.com/krnxV.png

Question 1: What URL do i use to connect to this webservice? http://ip-address/otrs/rpc.pl ?
Question 2: Are there any other configurations that need to be set up?

Can someone quickly go through a step by step of setting up a new web service from scratch i.e. what needs to be configured for it to work.

Can you point to a specific chapter or section that deals with setting up and configuring the webservices? As i said, ive read the manuals but i cant find anything apart from a general overview, which isnt very helpful at all.
