Hi Guys,
When I logon to the customers frontend and create a new ticket the To: field is empty. I imagined this should be pre-filled with agent details name/email etc, correct? I have attached a screenshot showing what I mean. I was wondering if there's a setting or permission that I need to change to help populate this field.

did you switch on customer group support?
