is it possible to pull out all the customer information(which is displayed in new phone/email ticket screen) in the stats module? Or is there any workaround?]

no, this is not possible as the data is not saved on a ticket.
If you need this data you need to create a dynamic field and populate the fields manually. (With an additional feature add on for subscriptio customers, these fields can be populated automatically)
