Hello Guys;
Notification before escalation either for queue for sla not working at all.
i can receive notification when escalation has reached. but the email of notification is not sent instantly.
i receive it at random times like in between 10 to 20 minutes.
i will be grateful for any suggestions.

the cron job for this is running every 20 minutes. Change the cronjob to a shorter timespan
