Make ticket in the past

Hello,

How is it possible to make a ticket that is handled in the past.
When we want to create a ticket on 5th of january, the software says:

Code: Select all

ERROR, Date Cannot be in the past
.

Can i configure the system to accept tickets in the past?

I'm using OTRS 3.1.11

Ok, but I see there is no resctriction on the time on the same day.
Placing a ticket on 09:00, when it is evening is possible.


Is'n't it possible to change something in the systeem, to deactivate this restriction?

We are using the ticketsystem as internal tciketsystem. Only admins/agents can make and update tickets.

We are making tickets via "Create Phone Ticket"

this frontend has no possibility to change the creation timestamp. The only date time field is fot the pending reminder
