Hi,
I wonder how I can go about adding a column for "Type"? I'd like to have it in the Status Overview and Search Results..

And this is while viewing the lists in Small mode, so I can sort after "Type"..

Pls help, I need to add "Type" column to ticket lists too. Anybody do this configuration?
I try to edit AgentTicketOverviewSmall.dtl , TicketOverviewSmall.pm but I don't know which of parametrs I should add in this files.
