Hello,
I want to know if it's possibile to define in OTRS 3.2.1 a rule which allows me to move automatically a ticket (closed with a specific state let's call it closed and acknowledged) from a third party queue in to a general queue. I tried with postmaster filter but I can't obtain what I need. Is it possible to see the tickets closed with the state closed and acknowledged in the Dashboard or in a place where the agents can see them easily.
