Dear all,
I experience a little problem configuring OTRS.
I created a few services. When I classify a ticket I select the service the ticket is about. So far so good.
Recently I created a few extra services. However in the dropdown menu in the classification screen I cannot select the newly created services.
What do I do wrong?

check "services <-> customer" -> Default services of you checked them to be active
