Hi,
I'm trying to use the SLA feature to esacale tickets differently for each of our customers.
I've setup the system (service, sla, customer<->service) and filled in the escalation Update field but the tickets never escalate.
Is there something else I have to do to activate this feature?

The service needs to be assigned to ticket and customer.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
