Generic Agent Not Working for V3.2.3

Hi

Need urgent help in setting Generic agent configuration.

I am trying to run a simple job from OTRS Admin generic agent. Move ticket from one queue to another queue.

Running from Admin interface is working but it is not triggering by itself. is there any configuration that needs to run this crown job?
