Hi Team,
We are using OTRS Helpdesk 2.4.8.
I want to pre load an attachment in AgentTicketEmail.
An attachment should be added in all the email tickets.
It should be visible in the attachments section of the page.
Any idea with code snippet will be much appreciated.
