Dear All
Thorough mail and agent portal tickets are generating but try to creat a new ticket through customer protral its not happening.
when I click submit button the cursor just jump to the subject tab and stopped.But i was working last week.
running on CentOS 6- OTRS 3.1.3
please help me

Thanks for all I had solved the issue myself.
Solved.
performance ticket log found Action=CustomerTicketMessage;Subaction=StoreNew
something stike in my mind when I saw the message I checked in sysconfig with :Action=CustomerTicketMessage;
And went to
Took the Action point and serch in syscon fig
Edit Config Settings in Ticket -> Frontend::Customer::Ticket::ViewNew
then enabled the queue
problem solved
