Updating OTRS 3.0.6 to 3.2.latest

I am currently running OTRS 3.0.6 and would like to get updated to the current version.
What would be the best/safest way to apply the various updates?

I am guessing that my migration path should be:
v3.0.6 --> v3.0.latest --> v3.1.latest --> 3.2.latest

Any help would be gratefully received.

You can skip 3.0.latest and read UPGRADING for each release.

Thanks for the quick answer. Have another newbie question though!

We also have iPhoneHandle (v1.0.2) and Support (v1.2.6) packages installed.
When I do the interim update to OTRS v3.1.latest do I need to update the packages to the version for that framework before I move on to update to OTRS v3.2.latest?

I am assuming that I once I get updated to v3.2.latest I can then just install the latest versions of these packages for the 3.2 framework without updating the packages with v3.1 too.

I haven't seen anything that indicates intermediate upgrades of packages are necessary. At worst, it may be that the packages may need to be removed and reinstalled at the latest version.
