OOO

Post by santoshreddy_spy »

Hi Everyone,

If the Receiving mail server is set to OOO. Then the ticket should not be created in OTRS. Is there any way to do this.

Thanks In Advance.

Sorry :) Actually
If the Receiving Mail ID is set to Out Of Office, then the OTRS will create ticket even for that.
Now, how can I block the mails during Out Of Office?
