On the customer screen, the "my tickets" option doesn't work. "Company Tickets" doesn't work too. We have a lot of tickets opened for the same customer, but on the customer interface, we can not view its. Can you help us?

We created a customer test user, and it has not any group assigned, then he can't view any ticket.
