I've configured the SMTP via Sysconfig successfully. But when I replay a ticket and submit, then i'm getting error as Internal Server Error. Please refer Reply Error.png
And also, configured Auto-Response and mapped to the Queue. An E-Mail is sent from OTRS, but when I check in Inbox there is no mail. In OTRS System Log there is no errors found. Any guess on this Issue?
