is it possible that an agent is automatically notified when a new customer signup?

I guess, but I'd think the first ticket they create would be somewhat indicative that they've signed up.

I thought about this but it is not enough and not credible because anyone can create a ticket by sending an email without necessarily creating a user account.

Does anyone have a solution?

I ... anyone can sign up, too?

There's no out-of-box solution, but, like I said, the first web request ticket would be indicative of same.
