Hi,
Is it possible to remove the To: field from the Customer interface and have all tickets go into one Queue.
We have no need for multiple Queues so the To: option is not needed.

set a default queue in sysconfig and remove the option to select queue.
Edit Config Settings in Ticket -> Frontend::Customer::Ticket::ViewNew
Ticket::Frontend::CustomerTicketMessage###Queue = No
[x] Ticket::Frontend::CustomerTicketMessage###QueueDefault = That queue
