We just upgraded to 3.2.7 from 2.4.2 and since the upgrade the Ticket numbers and ticket IDs are not matching properly
Where do i need to go to correct them -
Ive tried adjusting the TicketNumber and that doesnt seem to help more than 1 or 2 times

did you forget to copy the Ticketcounter.log?

its mostly an astetic thing
is there any way to make sure they get back in sync?
(basically we have management asking why they are off since they were synced before the update)

Not *easily*, but, in theory, you could make sure the Ticketcounter.log file has the next match.gnarleyfall wrote:is there any way to make sure they get back in sync?
This will work until you run out of ticket numbers within your batch limits
