OTRS on different networks

Post by AdilsonTI »

hello,

I would like your help,'ve searched here in the forum I search but was unsuccessful. I'll explain what I want to follow.

My company is connected to three different networks have a network installed OTRS 'A', would that even be used on the network OTRS 'B' and 'C', however they do not communicate with each other, I wonder if is possible that OTRS is installed on the network 'A' is used in other networks, if this is possible? I hope I have expressed myself well.

Thank you in advance
OTRS 3.3.9 on CentOS 6.5 with MySQL database.

Thank you for help, but if I have a another network "D" able to authenticate the 3 networks, it would be possible the OTRS access and authenticate in the three networks mentioned above?

Thank you again.

One OTRS User against three e. g. ADs? Yes. You need the ldap port to all Controller as allow.
