Ticket Statistics
Dear All,
Our Customer Service people enter two types of ticket into system i.e. Phone and email ticket. But when it comes to generate statistics I am unable to do it separately. I can see statistics for both of them combined in one report. I tried to generate separate stats but I am unable to see any option for this.
Any help will be highly appreciated.

We just need the same. How can we do it?
How can we do statistics of tickets entered by e-mail, by web interface or by phone? We don't find the option on the statistics menu.

Any response? If the standard statistics don't do it, we will do an additional field to differentiate de e-mail, phone, and web tickets, but we prefer use a standard option, if it's possible.

Any solution? Is there any standard report to view the creation type of a ticket? For our organization is a important KPI the tickets created via phone call or via e-mail.
