Hi,

I have a rather simple question :-)

1) I would like to know how to set the email address used for autoreplys to things, also internal, when my agents get notifications.. That email address, how do I set that?
I would like to be able to specify the autoreply email for every system queue.

create email addresses in the Admin section and apply them to the AutoReply.
For notifications, they come from sysconfig.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Thanks for that, it seems to work :-)
I have two followup questions though..

1) How do i set the frequency of which OTRS sends out email via SMTP? Or SMTPTLS in my case? I send emails out via Amazon SES, and they only allow 5 emails a second to be sent out. That would mean in theory, that if we are 6 agents that need to get notified at the same time, one of us wouldn't since I suppose it takes OTRS less than a second to send 5 emails?
2) People seem to get notification emails about tickets that are pending etc even though they have unselected it in their profile options, how do I fix this?

This is a function of your transport mechanism. Use a different SMTP server or contact your provider.

Don't know. But part of this is if it's a Pending Reminder, it's intended to remind you.
