Hi All,
We use OTRS::ITSM and I don’t understand the Criticality – Impact – Priority matrix.
1.please anyone know explain how to use Criticality – Impact – Priority matrix.
2. Agent ticket Note option activated priority option .but priority update not taking values . may be it taking service default Criticality:value. how to change priority values in note options or least turn off the automatic selection of priority?
