Hello, "i know" that otrs works with minutes in "almost" everything in its core
so today i was creating a notification which should display the working time the ticket should be closed..
so i found next: <OTRS_TICKET_SolutionTimeWorkingTime>
so in my sla i set 120 minutes to my specific service to be close before escalation, but when notification reachs, it says "7200" which clearly they are 7200 seconds(i guess), because if u divide that number by 60, you get 120..
so, is there a configuration i am missing to set it to minutes? or definitely it is a glitch
