Hello.
I've searched the documentation and found nothing that could help me on the following:
When customer sends email to OTRS mail account with someone else's mail in CC field - only customer (mail in the FROM header) is getting the updates on the newly created ticket (CC simply ignored).
How can I configure that everyone who was listed in the CC and FROM headers of the original email will be updated during ticket creation\change?

Automatic notifications will go to the customer (from). Reply-All can go to all involved.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
