My OTRS installation is not sending out a notification to the new owner of a ticket after it is changed.
I see the Agent::OwnerUpdate agent notification but it's not being sent. Nothing showing in the logs. No problem sending other notifications. Do I need to enable that notification somewhere?
OTRS v3.3.1 on CentOS 6.4 x64.

Figured it out. Assigning a ticket to yourself doesn't send a notification.
