Ticket Overview

Hello to all,

when receiving new tickets, the tickets instead of appearing on "Dashboard" under "New Tickets" are appearing on "Dashboard" but under the tab "Ticket Queue Overview".

Can someone advise me why this is happening?

all advises will be very appreciated,

What's your OTRS version? (please update your signature)
How are the tickets created? Inbound email, customer web, or Agent creation?
Which of the "sub" views (Locked Tickets, My Queues, All) are you looking at on the dashboard?
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Hello,

OTRS Version - 3.3.1 on windows.
Tickets are created by inbound email.
View's Dashboard: New tickets and Tickets Queue overview.
When receiving new inbound email ticket, the tickets instead of appearing "New Tickets" appears under "Ticket Queue Overview".

Under "New Tickets", what's selected?
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

thanks for the help, I have installed the 3.3.3 version, and I import the database from the older version, and now all is ok.
