Hi,
Since installing the "OTRSAdvancedEscalations" package, the following tags are not showing any values when a notification email is generated:
<OTRS_TICKET_EscalationDestinationDate>
<OTRS_TICKET_EscalationDestinationIn>
<OTRS_TICKET_FirstResponseTimeDestinationDate>
<OTRS_TICKET_SolutionTimeDestinationDate>
Please can you confirm what the new tags should be, or am I doing something wrong?
