Ticket escalation notification tags.

Hi,

Since installing the "OTRSAdvancedEscalations" package, the following tags are not showing any values when a notification email is generated:

<OTRS_TICKET_EscalationDestinationDate>
<OTRS_TICKET_EscalationDestinationIn>
<OTRS_TICKET_FirstResponseTimeDestinationDate>
<OTRS_TICKET_SolutionTimeDestinationDate>

Please can you confirm what the new tags should be, or am I doing something wrong?

As this is a Feature Add-On,
Service Contract customers get exclusive access to these additional features
Please consult the vendor for support.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
