Notification message without subject

Hi,

I created a filter for messages without subject. How can I handle the notification to the client to tell him that his message has not been taken into account because the message is without subject ???

Please help me

message without subject postmaster filter create new ticket in No Subject Queue. Set next X-OTRS-State closed successfully
AutoReply "Sorry, ..."
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

I don't understand. I have already created the filter. I just want to know how to manage notificatiion.

Right, An AutoReply is a notification.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

What do you want to happen and under what circumstances?

The queue has possible/new ticket/reject
possible: SysConfig determines next state after reply when closed, (auto follow up applies, but this happens for EVERY customer followup on a ticket, which gets a bit spammy)
new ticket: followups to closed create new ticket. (auto reply/new ticket applies)
reject: AutoReply for reject (auto reject)

For example, if I close a ticket (the client receives the notification) I consider that it is set and the client decides to re-open in answering that it is not ok ... how to handle this manage by a notification?

Aside from actually humanly talking/replying to the customer, my previous answer applies.
