Hi,
I am using OTRS 3.3.4 . My question is:
How can I stop to send mail to customer if at the time of creating a new ticket, the ticket type is 'abc'?

You probably are using Type like you should be using Queue.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

With Queue, you would be using a queue that didn't have an autoresponse attached.
