OTRS 3.3.5

Hi,

í'm setting up a new OTRS server 3.3.5, with Centos,mysql and apache with ldap auth.
i'm moving from OTRS 3.0 iis, mysql.

i imported the database after the installation and after that i cannot login, i also tried to modify the Config.pm to accept ldap auth without luck.

how would you reccomend doing this?

Did you follow the upgrade process? https://github.com/OTRS/otrs/blob/rel-3_3/UPGRADING.md

Hi,

no i did not.

so i guess the best method to setup OTRS 3.0 on the new server and import the database and otrs files, and upgrade from there? 3.0 ->3.1->3.2-.3.3
