Hi,
In AgenT Dashboard under Open Tickets, I am not able to sort ticket with SLA. How could it be done? and If we close Open Tickets tab, then how can it be restored??

Preferences or settings box upper right of dashboard to add hidden widgets.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

thanks for the information. But It is not sorting tickets if I choose SLA sorting. Why??

I can not verify your issue, I can sort and filter in the dashlet based on the SLA (OTRS 3.3.5)
