Hi, I am using OTRS version 3.3.6 and I have a problem with the notifications emails it is sending. When one of our customers
opens a ticket, OTRS sends all emails notifications to all the agents (my colleagues). For example if my company has 5 agents and a customer opens a ticket, each agent receives 5 emails instead of one. Agent A will receive the email for agent A like it is supposed to but he will also receive the emails for agent B, C, D and E.
We have no idea why this is happening. Has anyone had a similar problem or any ideas?

check the logs and the ticket history

I have looked into the logs and ticket history. Nothing useful there...

do all agents have different addresses? Please show in the history of the ticket which mails are sent out
