Process ticket option missing

Process ticket option missing

I'm trying to setup a process ticket, first one in the system.
I about half way setup with this process ticket and I wanted to test it up to this point.
I should expect a Process ticket option under tickets in the agent interface correct?

if so, it is missing and I can't test my process ticket. What are the requirements to see that process ticket option?

I have synced all the processes.
OTRS 3.3.5 with LDAP auth for agent and customer
Windows 2008 R2
MySQL out of the box

The default of new processes is invalid. Did you check if that's the case?


Edit: Plus the user ofc needs permissions to use the module, but I think the default is allowed if you didn't change anything.
Currently using: OTRS 6.0.14 -- MariaDB -- Ubuntu 16 LTS

The state is active

How do i know if the user has perm? I'm in the admin group so I would think I would have access but I don't
