I want our customers to receive an e-mail when one of our agents closes a ticket.
Right now they only receive an e-mail whenever we create a ticket. I did get the escalation mails to our agents to work.
I configured the notification like this;

The logfile doesn't show an e-mail going out, so it's not our mail server blocking anything.
I can't figure out what I might have configured wrong.
I'd appreciate any help.
