Hello there
I would like to add a task for the generic agent to check any tickets with type RfC for their status of desicion - if the responsible agent is different to the ticket owner, the responsibility should get back to the owner as the Change Manager until he decied about the RfC. Which filter would grep a ticket without a decision?
EDIT: By the way, is it possible to preset the option to add the date of desicion in the decision mask?
