I need to create an auto-reply email on new phone ticket creation, how can i do that?

Use new email ticket instead.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
Please edit your signature to include your OTRS version, Operating System, and database type.

We would like to have 2 different signatures: one in email ticket and another one in phone tickets, so i cannot do like you said.

Any clue?

Edit the dtl in one of them and provide your own value= in the Body field, perhaps.
