One client forgot windows password. After the password was reset, I updated the ticket with new password. How do I encrypt the new password in the ticket system to make sure only the client can read it?
Thanks

Re: How to encrypt password?
You can't do that. You should communicate password changes outside of OTRS.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
