OTRS plugins installation

Hi,
I would like to have the time of last update of the ticket displayed on the dashboard.
I've found following link: http://opar.perl-services.de/bin/index. ... ByCustCont, which should presumably do exactly what I need.
However, as it comes as the Perl package (I guess?), and I'm not very experienced using Perl, could someone advice me on how to implement the module into OTRS installation?

These addons/plugins are delivered as ".opm" files. Can be installed through Web GUI => Admin | package manager.
