I've OTRS (v3.0.7) and i want to know if my clients can create notes to their tickets. It's possible to do that ? How ?

Notes? Usually it's just a reply/followup, if I recall correctly. Customers don't really need note functionality, because if it's relevant to the ticket, the Agent should be aware of the addition.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
