Custom Closed View Filter

I was wondering if the system can the reflect the closed calls of the AGENT who closed them when they go into closed calls selection?

I can do this Via the search option, however i was wondering if its possible to create a custom tab/Filter that could do it automatically?

Not sure that will answer your need but we had similar requirements and Yes search was option and we used Search Templates and Activated the Search-Template in the Navbar Frontend::NavBarModule###1-Ticket::TicketSearchProfile:

therefore we can execute predefine search quickly

See in StatusView - Closed Tickets, then sort them for Owner - there you can see all closed tickets

Hi Guys,

Ive managed to create Search filters for individuals completed requests on my account. Now what i am after is posting this filter for everyone to see. I.E a master filter.
