Not supported for this module! module customer

hello,

I did the update otrs (3.0.8 to 3.1.2) and activate the ITSM modules, FAQ, SURVEY, STATISTIC ...
Currently when I want to change a existing customer or add one I get the following message that appears: Not supported for this module!
Should I activate it? What can I do?
