I need your help ,
i have added an attribut for a CI in my Database but the problem i can't find a web page in my OTRS
for getting chance to outputing this attribut .

What do you mean as output? Where you want see it?
How you add this attribute? By changing description of CI in General Catalog & Config Item sections of Admin interface?

a survey of the information about CI,
and for adding a new attribut i'm using the GeneralCatalog from the data base,but now i'm trying to print this attribut ,how i can ?

Possibly, I don't understand you. There a Print Menu Item to print a list of attributes of CI

Yes i knew but the new attribut which i was adding is not printed ,
so i must modify the code ,but any section of can must modify ?

if you added a new field (dropdown) to a CI class you also need to change the class definition via admin -> config item
