I have installed OTRS software on my computer (Windows) and I have tried to set it up.
Probably by some mistake I have changed Admin password and did not store the new pasword. It may be even that user name waas changed as well.
I cannot find any info now in Admin manual how to reset this password.
I cannot use remind me my password, because I even do not know which user to put in login.
Assume I have full access to my computer pelase let me know how I can restore admin name and password

Re: Admin password
You will have to manually edit the users table in the OTRS database. How you do this depends on which database you use. You can remove the password entry from the admin user, or replace it with the encrypted form of a known password.
If you're not familiar with databases and aren't comfortable with doing so, then it may just be easier (and faster) to reinstall OTRS.

Re: Admin password
If you're not using LDAP, use otrs/bin/otrs.SetPassword.pl
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
