Change Manager Workflow
Hi, I'm trying to get my head around how to progress a Change and or Work Order through the workflow? I can't quite see how you change the state of a Change? How do you approve a Change and move it on to the next state? I gather it is something to do with the Conditions / Actions, but can't seem to get it to work!?

I think you need to open a Report, the permit to your agent to describe the activity related to a workorder and change its state.
