Hello,
i have OTRS installed using this howto:
http://wiki.otterhub.org/index.php?titl ... ossible%29
everything works as intended and adding new OTRS instances is trivial, but one thing i can't make is to remove the /otrs/ from url:
http://my.domain.com/ redirects to http://my.domain.com/otrs/ - how i could remove that /otrs/ from url ?
thanks upfront.

Re: OTRS suffix /otrs/ question
look at index.html
it might have a clue.
What does it do?
do you think that sounds right? probably not. But index.pl doesn't exist in htdocs either ...
it might have a clue.
What does it do?
Code: Select all
<meta http-equiv="refresh" content="0; URL=/otrs/index.pl" />
