I am trying to get the FirstResponseInMinin the statistics. I learned that I have to enable Services and SLA's to do so. Now I am looking for a way to preset both of them (the only reason to use SLA's and services is to get this data - so there is only one default value for both).
Any ideas?

yep: Postmaster filter for any new Ticket and set SLA and service there
