Patch Upgrade from 2.4.12 to 2.4.13

hi folks,
I wanna upgrade my version of OTRS from 2.4.12 to 2..4.13 because this version contains some bug fixes and enhancements.

Can someone tell me the steps regarding the migration process or give me a link for stepwise plan.

Currently I'm using OTRS 2.4.12 with Debian 10 and MySQL on DB.

Read UPGRADING for that implementation. However, if you're going to upgrade anything, backup filesystem and database, test on a test bench and upgrade to 3.0.latest and then 3.1.latest

Sounds good,
but FYI i want to perform it on 2.4.x versions(patch level).
Please guide me for patch level upgrade/migration from 2.4.12 to 2.4.13
