Is it possible to link an Incident with a ConfIgItem (CI)?

Is it possible to link an Incident with a ConfIgItem (CI)?
I would like to indicate ConfigItems affected by an incident or problem at the same time an incident or problem is introduced or later. If this is not possible with OTRS itself, is there any plugin that implement this? I've seen other plugins that link, for example, CustomerID with CI but not Incident with CI.
